Colourpop would be a great value if their customer service wasn't TRASH. They have no transparency or accountability as a company with their customers. The processing times for their items is poor and instead of making customers aware of this before ordering the hide their hand and hope no one cares. I have waited almost 10 days and my package has not shipped and I have been given no answers. They have no phone service and only offer email as contact. The emails they send are generic as well, offering no actual insight for the customers. I cannot believe a company this large would offer NO customer support
