Having read the bad reviews here, I am of the view that whatever I write here will be a repetition of what has already been said by the other reviewers.

I have only one thing to say: These guys in mail.com are obnoxious.

If I had read these reviews before signing up with mail.com, I wouldn't have to put up with this nonsense.

This is a p2p exchange for a BTC, BCH, and Eth.

I have done about 17 trades to date. All went through smoothly except one where I had a problem with a seller who failed to authorize the transfer of the coin held in escrow although payment has been made to him already.

I kept reminding the seller to authorize Remitano to release the coin kept in escrow but could get no response from him.

Meanwhile, it was disappointing to see Remitano taking no active steps to get the seller to authorize the release of the coin.

Finally, after waiting for more than 24 hours, I reminded Remitano that they should release the coins immediately as I have already produced proof of payment to the seller and Remitano through their system. They did release the coin immediately after that but it appears that they would have done nothing and kept me waiting if not for that reminder.

I would have expected Remitano to have taken proactive steps in such circumstances by engaging with the seller and reminding him that if no response is forthcoming from him within, say, 12 hours, they would release the coin in escrow to the buyer. Instead, they simply waited, doing nothing, whilst I did all the work to get the seller to respond without success.

As long as the seller authorizes the transfer of the coin promptly, which in most cases they do, you will have a pleasant experience trading on Remitano.

This is a scam site. They target domain sellers through an elaborate scheme purporting to provide Domain Certification requested by their non-existent domain buyers and fleecing you in the process.

  • Amazon

I placed an order for a cryptocurrency wallet on 13th March 2018.

Immediately after that I received an Order Confirmation followed by another email informing me that my account has been blocked and my order cannot be processed unless I send them my billing name, address and phone number registered on my credit card.

Since their email did not elaborate what the issue was but merely asked for information on my credit card, I had to make assumptions on the possible problems and responded with the details requested and explanations.

More than a day later, in response, I get another email from amazon asking me to log in to my account and upload my credit card statement.

However, since my account was blocked I was not able to log into my account and hence I could not upload the card statement either. I sent amazon a note on my predicament and at the same time thought I might as well speak to their customer service consultant to expedite the matter. After searching their website for more than 20 minutes I could find neither a chat link nor a telephone number to call. I gave up.

Later in the night, it occurred to me that I could possibly find their customer service telephone number by googling it. I found it and called them only to get an answer that they will look into it and revert to me after a day or two! I have yet to hear from them.

These guys seem to be a dishonest bunch. They claim that you can start free hosting to test their services but block you from registering for the free hosting by simply not responding to you.

Let me explain.

Before you could sign up for the free hosting you are required to have a chat with them and provide details. After having provided the details during the chat nothing happens even with reminders!

If they don't actually intend to provide free hosting, why make the offer on the website? Isn't that misrepresentation?

Upon checking their staff list in LinkedIn, I found that almost 100% of their staff have Muslim names. Wonder why this is so in a country whose people are predominantly Roman Catholics (88.6%)?

I was trying to find out the exact amount of Aphanizomenon flos-aquae concentrate in their product, AFA Extract Plus. The Supplement Facts that you find on their website provides the Amount Per Serving as 373.26mg for all three ingredients of AFA Extract Plus. There is no breakdown. I find this very fishy!

  • Brilliant Directories

It is now slightly more than a month since I signed up for the Full Licence Directory Package. As I am progressing through the set up of my directory and after many frustrating moments, I am now beginning to get a grasp of the features of your directory script and should soon launch the directory. I must say that overall my experience with Brilliant Directories has been very positive for the following reasons:

A) I can see that you guys have put in a lot of effort in your business model and are putting in more effort to make the directory even better.

B) I can feel a palpable enthusiasm on the part of most members of your staff who are ever keen to resolve the issues that we face. Sometimes in their enthusiasm they tend to rush to address the issues we face without first fully understanding them. I have raised this issue before and believe it will be addressed by your management.

C) The directory comes with fully usable legal documents on Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. Although these documents may require a little tweaking here and there, overall they address almost all the issues a directory owner would potentially face. This is great considering that to purchase such services outside would cost a directory owner as much as or more than the cost of the Brilliant Directory itself.

D) The directory contains many features many of which I am yet to fully explore but from a superficial observation of these features and considering the observations I have made in a), b) and c) above, I would confidently say that your price is extremely competitive.

Even before I have launched my directory I am already feeling very grateful for all that you guys have done and offered. I will certainly do whatever I can in promoting your business in the future.

I hope Brilliant Directories will continue with their excellent service after the launch of my website.
