One thing for certain 2 things for sure, Ms. Morgan (last name) and Honeybum overall is the best. I placed an order over the holiday and everything went smoothly. Unfortunately I had an item missing item from my order of (3 items) which was actually the matching top to a two piece lounge wear i ordered. I emailed them when I realized it after I notice the way my package was delivered and looked like someone's dog had a field day with it. Ms. Morgan promptly assisted me and reimformed me of their policy, which kind of left me S. O. L BUT Ms. Morgan went above and beyond to help me contact the post office to figure out what happened. Mind you, they took the time review her own shipping process to make sure there was no mistake on their behalf first. They're definitely not obligated to take those extra measures to make sure I was compensated.
Anyway I say all that to say this company and their customer service are some real MVPs. I loved everything else in my order which is a plus. No matter how much your business expands (because it definitely will), please never change the way you guys care about your buyers. Now I'm about to go place another order lol One Love
