Hello. I'm a seller on Storenvy. And most of you reviewed this all WRONG.

Storenvy is a platform for buying and selling goods. It works just like Amazon, Ebay, Etsy and all those other platforms.

All of those platforms use individuals that sell goods to the public.

A person may have some handmade goods, some old vintage things, resell items and junk in the attic to sell. They go to any one of these platforms and sell their goods under their own store or profile name.

Now these platforms are not the ones you contact when you are trying to get your purchase corrected with a refund or damages. You usually go straight to the shop.

Most of you blame Storevny for stuff you bought, but admitted the process took place from a 'STORE" on Storenvy, not Storenvy itself.

Also, people assume a lot. They don't read. READ THE DESCRIPTIONS! Sizing is different in other countries. (Americans are fatter, period!)

You shouldn't be bashing Storenvy, you should be addressing the actual store you shopped at. The rating should be for how Storenvy handle your issue. If you never contacted them, then your rating is incorrect.

There are plenty of good sellers on Storenvy and other platforms. But America shoppers are spoiled. They don't read, they assume and then they trash.

Storenvy is a great platform for small business owners. Especially when starting out.

Maybe instead of shopping trendy shops from China (on Storenvy and others), folks should look for the smaller sellers who are just as good, but are starting out and yeah, it will cost more, everything actually "MADE" in America does cost more.

The Marketplace is an okay option, to other sellers in may be a pain, but nothing is free. So paying the small fee at the Marketplace is fine for the access to the free software platform of Storenvy.

I noticed you all had one thing happen and you flip your lid and directed your 'stupid anger" incorrectly. Life isn't perfect, things happen. Grow up, put on your big boy/girl pants and deal with life MATURELY!

So to all of you that are trashing Storenvy, get your story straight. And learn to actually deal with businesses. I've had issues and all of them had been corrected without damages to either side.

Reminder, if you buy from China, it can take a very long time to arrive due to customs and government sanctions. Not all districts in China get their products through easily. That is not the sellers fault.

Try using honest grown up mature ratings about the overall experience that took place when dealing with Storenvy themselves.

I'm sure many of you have purchased on other platforms and had similar issues. Did you trash Ebay or Etsy, no, becasue they had a feedback system that really is effective.

Maybe that's the issue, there needs to be a better feedback system on Storenvy so you all can do your complaining directly to the store... that sound plausible. Right?

So I would give STORENVY a rating of 10 if I could. They allow me to put my products on their platform for free and then charge a small fee for marketplace access. I'm good with that.

Running a business is not cheap nor easy. (Etsy cost are terrible for sellers) Buyers should keep that in mind especially if they do not understand anything about how a business actually works.

I know some of you may get a bit offended by my directness, I apologize. I just think we need to be more accurate in our experiences.
