My bad for not checking reviews prior to buying a $176 wig. I received a confirmation from an individual name after purchasing and decided I'd made a mistake and stumbled on this site. Within 30 minutes I sent a note requesting to cancel my order. This was on a Saturday. I didn't expect a response on the weekend, but come Monday, the only responses I received were from Olivia begging me to reconsider and that it reflected badly on their account when people cancelled. I instructed her to cancel no less than 4 times. The last time she offered a free wig. HA! I told her I didn't want a free wig or the original and to cancel the order. Within a few hours, my order has now went from received to processing. I'd already begun the dispute process with PayPal, but judging from other commenters, who knows how that will go. Wigsis says you have 24 hours to cancel. I canceled well within that timeframe but was refused. These people should not be allowed to sell in the US.
