They didn't send a faucet that was supposed to come with my sink. When we emailed them they said they wouldn't fix it. They gave a "24/7" phone number we could call to further help, but no one answers and the mailbox is always full. This is common from what I've read about them. Make sure to check if your online purchase runs through a 3rd party, and if it's them, just find a different product. It's not worth dealing with people who seem to commonly steal from their customers.

Tip for consumers:
Check the 3rd party sellers (the initial purchase was from sears). If the third party is amiventures or ergode, just pick a different product. In my experience and what I've seen others say they don't carry the stock if what they sell, forget stuff in orders, and make no attempt to fix the problem. They give you a number to a "24/7" phone line, but no one answers and the mailbox is always full.
