I order this sept. 30 2016 and i choose Express Expedited and it was stated upon checkout that it will take 1-4 business days for processing and shipping time will take 3-4 business days. It was shipped out Oct. 10 2016 and no tracking number. I choose express shipping coz i want the item to be delivered at my doorstep due to have no time for picking up the item thru post office, i cant even contact customer service already maybe this is the last time for me to shop here not a good place to shop
