Wanting to purchase a ipod nano I browsed the web for the best price. Lo and behold found the aboved mentioned site using Apple store logo with a 42% discount.It look so legitimate site I was competely fooled. I received the unit tried to log on to itunes. It was not reconized. I then called the Apple site and found that the S/N not on the unit but on the package was expired and out of warranty. Unable to load songs it made the unit unusable. The advertisement clearly states you must log on th itunes to have the unit work. False advertisement at a minimum. Please prevent this from happening to other innocent consumers by posting this review. Thank you
