I had purchased a voucher online for Valentines Teddy and wouldnt work contacted CS via live chat and wasnt very helpful at all. So I contacted the company I had purchased the voucher from and got a refund and in the mean time I had also sent an email to Dinkleboo about the experience I had and the agent I was dealing with LaQuita M had resolved my issues and accommodated me with different resolutions which I was happy about! LaQuita Turned a very bad negative into a hugh positive experience for me!
