All the spruce trees we ordered... and we ordered quite a few... came in excellent condition. Every bush we ordered came in horrible, crispy, half dead condition. I would order spruces again, but never any bushes.

The first time it went pretty well and they gave us a couple store credits. The second time, I never heard back. Considering how many trees we ordered...honestly it was pretty disappointing.

They have their act together and the site is incredibly easy to follow. However, I think there needs to be a disclaimer. It is geared way more toward younger people. That is fine, they should just mention it before you waste your time with it. I would guess people up to their late 30's, possibly a bit older would do OK with it. I repeatedly did not qualify for surveys. I had to laugh out loud at some of the questions such as do you use this product because."it makes you look cool" ha ha yeah, kinda past all that. Otherwise, if you are younger and need some extra cash give it a shot.

I ordered a pair of Bearpaw women's boots BEFORE reading all the reviews. The price was amazing and they had the color and size I wanted. After I ordered them I saw all the horrible, negative reviews and honestly didn't even expect to get the boots. Well they came today. They are the real deal, not knock offs and were packaged the way Bearpaw always packs them. I have been buying this brand for a LONG time. All in all it took 9 days to get them but I expected that after reading what everyone else had to say. Based on this experience I would definitely order from them again. Just wanted to put a positive review to let others that are new to Sierra Trading Post like I am, that not all experiences are bad. Ended up saving about 40.00 on the boots too. So I'm happy!
