Considering the crazy supply chain issues everyone is having, Jiffy does a great job of keeping us informed when items come back in stock. Items ship quickly, no one can fault Jiffy is the carrier experiences a delay, that's out of their hands. On the rare occasion that I need customer service, they are super quick to respond and correct the issue. Pricing has remained fair and allowed us small shops to stay open.

Value and shipping speed are important but excellent customer service and an easy-to-navigate website are my top priorities and Jiffy is second to none on all of the above!
