12/9/20 - I placed an order and paid $12 for shipping. Site said it would ship in 3 days.
12/18/20 - Contacted Forzieri, I have heard NOTHING. "Customer service"(yes, I put that in quotes because customer service is nonexistent) blames supplier, says package will ship 12/21.
12/21/20 - says that package sent. Gave me a Fedex tracking number that has no information.
12/31/20 - called Fedex as package was not updated since 12/22. They said it is still in Italy and I need to contact Forzieri. Forzieri says "sorry, package was blocked".
1/4/2021 - Forzieri emails to say it is in USA and can expect delivery in 1-2 days.
1/6/2021 - still no delivery, I told them to deliver by 1/8 or I will contact my credit card company to open dispute.
1/7/2021 - Forzieri says sorry again.
1/8/2021 - still no package. I called and had payment reversed and opened dispute.
1/12/2021 - Package finally delivered - 5 WEEKS AFTER ORDERED! I ask them to please refund my $12 shipping fee, they say no can only offer credit for next order. ARE YOU KIDDING ME! I will NEVER order from your company again.
