Ordered a ninja foodie grill as a Christmas gift. Never received. Corresponded for weeks with no satisfaction. Then they agreed to a refund and haggled over the amount for more weeks. Finally agreed to 100% refund, which was promised. Never received. Kept saying it was sent. But never received.
