“Frustrating!”

I just signed up for this site and have a question that requires a real person's involvement. There is absolutely no way to get to someone. You can only see a bunch of canned questions and answers even though there is a "help" "support" and "contact us" options. There is no way to contact anyone. I only signed up for one month and that is going to be plenty. I hope the company reads this stuff.

“Correct, those links go in circles to nowhere for contact, support, you can't contact them at all. No ufologists, no researchers, no real stories on paranormal. They keep toggling it back and forth to paid and free.”
