Due to recent financial issues, I would like to cancel or temporarily cancel my account with Greendot. I have called, gone on my account, and tried to email. To no avail. When emailing, it says that I have an incorrect email address which is untrue. Please advise how I can cancel the account. This is very frustrating and if I cannot get an answer or acquire what I need, I will NOT use Greendot again. Very sad since we have so much to worry about during this Covid-19 situation. I pray that everyone stays safe.
