The onsite Maxsold staff member gave my items to someone else but kept arguing he already gave to me, walked away, no apology, no refund, nothing. Very disappointing to be treated this way in addition to the waste of money and my time.
I have only good things to say about what I've bought, how organized and efficiently it is run, and the wonderful staff.
