I've used bed Bath & beyond online several times over the past couple years. It didn't work a few years ago and it still doesn't work today! This is the worst online store I've ever shopped at. The website needs a whole new facelift. It's slow, It doesn't work properly, And it's extremely frustrating to shop with them. Customer service is even worse, I was on hold for 30 minutes this week before someone answered support, Now I'm on hold with a chat bot for 20 minutes. On a good note the items and prices are decent but not worth all the hassle. This store is going to go out of business! I purchased this lamp which was a bit pricey now that I found out the crystals are plastic. Returns are inconvenient as well.

I decided to sign up on letgo months ago I spent a lot of time taking photos uploading them and writing descriptions. I have yet to sell one thing and all items that say sold were sold on Facebook or somewhere else. As other said people do not buy on here and they show interest once and then disappear. Will no longer use letgo! And now I heard they charge to bump, are you kidding me?

I rented a property where Melissa Baugher was hired as the property manager. I found her to be extremely dishonest, rude, and completely incompetent. She destroyed my life with her lies to the point that I sued the property owner and chose to move after only 5 months of renting. Caused me financial loss, inconvenience and stress. As a property owner or as a renter you'd have to be out of your mind to deal with Melissa Baugher and Troop Real Estate who she represents.
