My husband and I were contemplating making an order before Valentines day. The reason we chose adore me over another company was the shipping said it would be here before Valentines day. My husband made the order and only after the order was placed did it say it would arrive after valentines day. Being as this was the reason we ordered from here, my husband tried to call 10 minutes after and cancel the order. They didn't answer. He tried 30 minutes later and someone finally picked up and told us we could not have it shipped any faster and when asked if we could cancel the order and get our money back we were told no and when we questioned that she hung up on us. That was February 7th and we still have not received our order and it is the 27th. Tracking is not working and we called only to have the lady tell us we had to call around and find it ourselves. When we asked again if they could cancel the order and to talk to someone in charge she said that neither of those are possible. We have yet to talk to anyone in charge that can actually assist us or pretend they want to assist us. My husband tried to call again today and was hung up on. We are not sure if we are going to get our stuff at all as they can't tell us where it is and we can't talk to a competent person. We will never ever ever be buying anything else from this company and will be sharing this experience with many friends we also have that purchase from here.

We understand your concern as we are aware that your order, just like many others that were placed in this period, was probably placed with the idea of being received before Valentine's.

We know how important it is, especially in this period, to ship out orders and deliver them in a timely manner and that's why we're doing our best to process and ship out as many orders as possible every day.

Furthermore, as stated on our website, deliveries for Canada may take between 5-10 business days, however, without factoring the time spent in customs, and our expedited shipping service, unfortunately, does not include Canada as a destination country.

We do provide to our Canadian customers the option to track their package after it has passed the border, using http://tracking.asendiausa.com website.

Unfortunately, we cannot account for the time spent going through the international customs and border services. We do apologize for any and all inconvenience this may cause. If you still have not received your product by March 9th, please let us know. We will make sure to help you address this unfortunate shipping occurrence in the best way possible.

Moreover, since we’re an online store and we never meet our customers face to face it’s crucial for us to ensure that our customers can reach us so we can aid them with their encountered issues or answer any inquiry.

This is why we offer the possibility of being contacted over various channels, email, phone, social media, so we can ensure that if for any reason the agents on a channel are all busy with customers at any given moment, the customer trying to get a hold of us can still do so on a different channel.

If in the future, you’ll again come across the situation were you don’t get a fast answer over the phone I’m happy to remind you that you can also contact us through email or social media.
