Poor, worst service. All the advertisements they do is completely false. No follow ups or informing us if there is a delay or issue. My wife ordered a special cake Mickey Mouse Fondant for my nephew's birthday well in advance as I usually dont trust same day delivery ads, unfortunate to learn that they cannot even deliver or inform their concerns though we ordered on 26th September so that everything goes smooth. The delivery was scheduled for 10am to 2pm today 1st October. My first call was around 1pm, and the guys have no clue what is happening with the order. On my third call, (mind you if its an international call you may have to spend a lot on call as you have to explain every agent your concern from A to Z) they said "sorry the ordered cake cannot be delivered today but tomorrow" which is IST 3PM past the delivery schedule and offered a mango cake instead. Seriously? I could have bought a mango cake from the grocery shop infront of the house why order from FNP? So the agent said they can deliver tomorrow with an apology and with concession, so the claim on their website which says if they miss the date and deliver next day will be free is a complete LIE. But the point is not that, a cake is ordered for a certain occasion to make it memorable, and here it is a kids first birthday while the relatives and family have been eagerly waiting for the cake as we have sent the image of the cake we ordered and they were all quite excited and did not order from anywhere else. What is the POINT IN A DELIVERY THE NEXT DAY? Atleast if they have called me a day before for this concern I could appreciated that. You guys should not even have that option because that option clearly states that FNP do not manage well with the local suppliers. It is such an embarrassment and emotional hurt which I have faced. We are getting the refund but thats not going to help the way they handled an order. NEVER AGAIN FROM FNP, and spreading their service quality to all my circle.
