Just got PayPal response and they agreed with my complaint and are refunding the money from BG's account. I believe that contesting this on a CC account would also work.

We're sorry that you felt deceived. There is a "Terms of Purchase" link right next to the check out button (similar to many websites) that displays and explains the No Refund policy very clearly without ever having to leave the purchase page.
