I've been ordering cat food etc from walmart.ca for almost 2 years now... the 1st year I had only one small problem tht was rectified by customer service... now it seems every other order I have to phone about because it hasnt shown up a week later... one shipment didnt show up for 3 weeks... then it was delivered in a large taped up box I had to help carry to my door the delivery guy cdnt handle it alone... I really like that I can buy flats of cat food online and have it delivered... I live in a rural area with no car. But it seems if u order anything else... forget it... expect SOMETHING to go wrong cos it will
