Friendly customer service, tremendous variety of parts/accessories and the lowest prices around make them my favorite store to do business with!

I ordered the projector headlights with HID kit for my F-150. When it arrived (shipped directly from the manufacturer), it had a small hole in the cover. Xtralights promptly gave me a return label and shipped me a new cover with 2-day shipping to meet my particular constraints. Great experience overall!

I was very impressed by the customer service I received from 360Tuners.com! In error, I had ordered the wrong parts and upon calling them, they were very customer oriented in ensuring that I was able to get what I needed or to return the device. The two individuals that I spoke to knew exactly what to do and were so helpful and in this day and age of so many companies outsourcing customer service, I was just real impressed that this company's customer service was easy to talk to and so thorough, thanks so much for that!
