I love this company's offline stores and also their website, especially since it started displaying its prices in Euro. I know that there is a markup - I think most ROI customers know this - but I can live with that. Anytime I have had to return goods, they are quick to respond once they receive them back at the warehouse and credit the refunds to my bank account very fast. On the whole I really like Accessorize.

Great site, goods ordered get dispatched/shipped really quickly. Once when I had to cancel an order and asked for this to be done, the customer service agent came back to say that this had been done. A lot of websites tend to tell the customer that this can't be done and I sometimes reckon that they delay so that the order has already gone out before getting back to the customer but the folks at Elverys obliged and they will get my custom again, both offline and online.

Swift dispatch and the one time I had to return an item (a CD with a cracked case) there was no problem with getting it replaced. So far so good, Amazon, keep it up. Just one thing - when will the site be more accomodating to Republic of Ireland customers? We can't sell past purchases on amazon.co.uk and we can't purchase e-books or Kindle singles on this site. But there's no problem with our paying for print books etc with our Irish cards. Why????

I used to really like NAP and found that their customer service staff were helpful even when I was asking for RMAs to return stuf for refunds because my body or feet didn't suit the items I'd ordered. I've noticed that since they've got bigger, the replies to emails are becoming more mechanised and my current gripe with them is despite asking them to change my contact phone number on the shipping labels on packages, this hasn't been done and an obsolete phone number was quoted on the paperwork enclosed with my last order. How difficult is it to get such details changed?! Sorry NAP, I don't see myself giving you my business anymore if you don't look after your customers.
