No refund after concert date was postponed(moved out of state so we couldn't go to new date) partner company didn't even answer calls. One customer support member suggested selling the tickets back to your website, there's no option for that.

Sorry you had a rough time with the tickets. Postponed shows are never refunded. Customers are given tickets to the rescheduled show. For the future, if you ever need to sell or sell back tickets, here is the link to our page where you may do so: Ticket transaction was seamless. Great concert
