So, Google TEZ is a great app I too loved it at the start but I will tell you why I stopped using it.

I earned money while sending money to others at the start. One day I earned 300+ INR. After I got the notification of new offers of TEZ and I started sending money to the people around so that I can make the most of the offers.

I sent money to a person twice a week. I didn't know that if you pay someone twice in a week, in that case, you don't get a scratch card.

So I contacted the live chat support and they told me the same thing. However, they said, for every unique transaction whether you send or receive an amount you get a scratch card.

Today when I made a unique transaction I still didn't get a scratch card again. Now this was really strange.

I contacted the support team again and they said me something new. The said that their terms and conditions have been updated and now the scratch cards have been limited to 3 a week. I mean really?

Last time, their support team member said "For ever unique transaction, you get a scratch card".

We users don't have time always to go through the terms and policies which reads 3-4 pages long. It's upto the support team actually to convey the necessary info. Right?

I did the transaction expecting a scratch card in return but it didn't happen.

And at last what I heard was "It's something not in our hand".

That's the thing I would never use TEZ again. All false information was shared and didn't give me an opportunity to earn.

Being into digital marketing field for the last 5 years, I have never seen such a worst service ever. It's been 25 days now, even after the matter is sorted out, they haven't refunded my amount back. The amount is over 1000 USD. I can't make the payments to the clients and I'm losing my business now.

Wish if zero would be the option for rating, I would have chosen it.
