Matte collection has exceeded my expectations when it came to customer service. I was very amazed how great my communication with was them. My package was "Missing" by USPS carrier. I contact matte and immediately they were trying to help me resolved and even went as far as shipping another package to replace the lost one. If I can give them more then a 5 star I will because at the end all of my fraustration they made me feel at ease. You guy's rock I will continue to support you every chance that I get!

I'm writing this review because I purchased a phone and later on to found out it was a clone of course I'm very disappointed how other people try to take advantage of innocent people. I reported the person and wrote a complaint and all I got was they're not responsible for mispresentation of any item ls? But I'm out of money? If you're to purchase anything I suggest you double or triple check.
