I paid for a site on 10/1/2020 and have not been able to set up my site at all. I though tit was a technical error on my end as far as changing over my domain and according to GoDaddy that is not the case. I have emailed Turnkey's Support team and they gave little to no help at all with getting my site up and running. In the mid-Oct. I emailed and messaged on the site requesting a refund as I paid for three months and their site has a 30 day guarantee where you can request a refund if not satisfied. I have gotten no response from them at all and I still cannot access my site. I also found out on from my bank that on 10/1 the company charged my account 6x, so I have requested that money back as well and I have sent proof from my bank showing this error. I advise anyone who, and is looking to start a ecommerce store to not go this route as this company has not proven to be reputable and has poor customer service.
