One or a few Chinese businessmen own a plethora of these companies - a la syndicates. The 'companies' are given names like Rotita, FashionMia and many others. They steal models' photos wearing beautiful clothing (without showing models' faces) then sell godawful knockoffs of the garments to unsuspecting customers. Most victims complain to CS. If they receive any customer service answers at all, answers are cookie-cutter generic responses. Facebook has cracked down on these advertisers but many other sites are happy to take the scammers' advertising money. This is such an old scam that I am surprised that people continue to fall for it.

I was with Listia from Day 3 of launch. It had a rough start and then evolved into a fun site. Then they offered 'Get it Now' buying. As a result, inflation soared. Now they've jumped on the high-risk crypto currency bandwagon. During that transition, I spent down the credits I had and decided that Listia was no longer worth my time. It's so much cheaper to buy from eBay since many Listia sellers are listing their products at outrageous prices. Items I planned to sell on Listia are now being sold weekly at the local flea market. What doesn't sell goes to charity. I will maintain my membership should things change; but for now, goodbye, Listia.

One of the latest prizes is an old Coke machine. Seriously? Did Coke raid a junkyard? With my luck, I'd win it.

Then there are free Cokes to be obtained from convenience stores that aren't in my area.

Sweepstakes? Never mind the low chances of winning. It seems that Coke is doing a Publishers Clearinghouse impression. My chances might be good since few probably enter.

How about the gift cards entrants can win (but never do)?

I agree with all those who hate the new rewards program. I have little more to add - -just that it sux. Coke, supposedly, you listened to your customers. None of them have left praising comments on this forum. I haven't seen any evidence of anyone suggesting such a farce. You'd be better off not having a rewards program than to exhibit the cheapskate direction toward which you've evolved.

I was going to order more magazines this month and am told that I'm maxed out... for two months straight. If you can't/won't handle the volume, please hang it up.

I've been successful selling on Swap because I buy nice ladies' tops for 50c to 99c and almost always profit. I just checked the site and found that they changed their SureSell feature. That's a feature that enables the seller to sell immediately to Swap. A garment that they would normally pay $1.50 for, to the seller, is now listed at 10c. The highest amount Swap will pay for one of my tops is 13c. I will no longer sell to Swap. They can store my garments until they sell - no matter how long it takes. Swap may as well discontinue this feature since it is worthless.

Swap C. – Swap.com Rep

Hello Dee,

We apologize for any frustrations with our SureSell feature. This feature provides a nominal fee for items if you don't want to wait for them to sell. Please know that your items may stay on our site to sell, and we do not charge you any storage fee.

Sincerely,
Swap.com
