Worst customer service ever i would expect this from a foreign company but an American company to ignore its customers is just offensive... I have reported your company to my bank and I will also be writing several negative reviews online yelp google etc... and if I can prevent at least 1 other person from buying anything from your company I will be greatly satisfied that my experience with your company has prevented someone else from being mistreated by your deceptive establishment! For taking my money sending me a damaged product and then give me no form of recourse to speak to anyone so I can seek relief or to return /exchange/or get my money back! Crooked customer service crooks!
