I purchased a t-shirt. It took a long enough time to receive it that new meaning was given to the term snail mail. I ordered an X-large because my son said they ran small. This shirt is so small I couldnt get it around my body (I usually wear a medium/large). The shirt I received had a cut in it on the front. The company Team Tee offered me 55% back on my purchase if I donated the shirt or a full refund. Really? I understand even though they shipped me a defective product I will have to pay for return shipping. What a rip off.

The best customer service! They stand behind what they sell.
The best products! What I buy is quality.
Prices could be a little better but the 20% off coupons make them more competitive.

Purchased the Air Flosser Pro by Philips for both my husband and myself. It is the poorest made product ever. When we called customer service was told by one person that there were still a lot of kinks that needed to be worked out. In the past 9 months have been through 5 flossers. They don't stop shooting water, they jam so they don't work at all or only some of the time. When you call customer service we were told once that because we used listerine mouthwash we voided the warranty which is not indicated in the warranty. Each customer service person had a different response. Tried getting a replacement from Philips and it took over a month because they were on backorder. When I made a followup call was told the wrong one had been ordered for me and they would have to order the correct color and it also was on backorder. Gave up and started going back to the store for returns. We have explained to the store the poor customer service we have received from Philips and they stated they would take care of us. Tried to post a review on Philips about their product and customer service and the review was rejected.

I have requested consideration on two different instances. I ordered a $500 cabinet (top was not even finished) and a day later received 12% off. Asked if it could be applied to my purchase which had not even shipped yet. Was told no...(have had other companies tell me absolutely they would apply the sale price). Made a second purchase totaling nearly $800... used the 12% off which was only applied to two smaller purchases (got like $20 off). Found a credit for $30 that could be applied to our credit card... again, 2 days later and before shipment American Express had to call Hayneedle to see if the credit could be applied and they of course said no. American Express apologized profusely. Complained to Hayneedle yet a second time and got a coined response that basically said... sorry... policy, nothing we can do! I am terrified of the quality of the product if their customer service is this bad.

After writing this review Hayneedle contacted me and asked me for my order numbers. I provided them with emails and replies and the order numbers and they never replied back! Their response (or lack thereof) confirm earlier complaints!

Tip for consumers:
Don't use it! Shop elsewhere.
