I had been dumb enough to use Tmobile for almost 14 yrs. After getting tired of their INCOMPETANCE, I decided to switch carriers because they kept screwing up my bill. As soon as I put my new sim card in, Tmobile locked mine & my Daughters phones, EVEN THOUGH WE OWN THEM! Our phones are paid off and these POS Scumbags are trying to force me to pay them money WHEN I HAVE NOT EVN HAD SERVICE WITH THEM FOR WELL OVER A MONTH AND A HALF. Even after explaining my SEVERE health issues due to having MS for over 35 years, ALL THEY CARED ABOUT WAS TRYING TO GET MONEY OUT OF ME THAT I DO NOT OWE! They are the worst service provider out there. Do not trust these greedy scumbags, RUN, DONT WALK AWAY FROM TMOBILE!

I have been getting the Ipsy Glam Bag every month since Nov. 2017. A few months ago I also started getting the Glam Bag Plus. Starting this month (Oct. 2019) it is IMPOSSIBLE to reach them when I have an issue, which lately is every month... my most recent issue is that 7 of my 10 reviews of my Oct products disappeared as soon as I wrote them then submitted them to Ipsy. The whole point of these sub boxes/bags is to try new products (from high end to low end) AND THEN REVIEW THEM. They're also supposed to be using those reviews to help taylor products to MY TASTES/PREFERENCES. So they started charging more money this month, but made sure no reviews of the products post... shady! If I have anymore issues I will be cancelling and trying Sephora Play or Birchbox... which is a shame because for the most part I did like Ipsy. Sure there are products sent that aren't to my liking but that's when my Daughter & I would trade etc... But they've laxed on service & made it impossible to contact them.

I placed an order. I immediately calcelled that order because I decided to order different shoes (a more expensive order) the ONLY email they responded to said they'd cancel the 1st order. Well the very next day they charged my Credit Card for BOTH orders and now refuse to respond to my emails. I will be contacting my Card to dispute the order they never cancelled like they said they'd do in the response email. And if the order I actually want doesn't ship soon, I will dispute that too! They shouldn't say "order will arrive in 8-14 days" if they wont even ship it in the 1st week...
