I ordered two dresses, they arrived quite quickly. I ordered the dresses in ivory. They arrived and they are white, not only are they white the tulle has holes in it on both dresses, they have dirt marks on the bodice, the bows are falling off and they are not like the pictures heboes advertise them as. I contacted them to ask for returns labels and a refund, they offered me 5% refund and to keep the dresses. I refused, they then offered 10% I refused, then 20% I refused and now 25% which again I have refused.
I paid $131 usd. I have opened a claim in PayPal to which they have responded offering me $19 usd! I have again refused.
Heboes asked for picture evidence which I sent and they still refuse to give me a full refund and for me to return the dresses.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE CHEAP NASTY DRESSES!
