Do not order from these, they take your money then use different delivery companies to send the mattress and the frame... communication is poor... ending up with mattress delivered one day and no sign of the frame... still waiting

I have taken a look into your order and can see the mattress and bed were delivered by different couriers, they were supposed to be delivering on the same day however the frame courier was delayed by one day. For this we sincerely apologise, we use different couriers to make the delivery process as quick and efficient as possible for our customers, and can only apologise that this was not the case for yourself.

Purchased a watch as a gift in December. On opening on Christmas Day it was faulty... Followed returns procedure on 30th December but it didn't get back to Secret Sales until 6th January... Telephoned on the 8th to be told refund will be 3 -5 days... Called again on the 13th to be told may get refund by the 20th but call back if not received by then... Told me to have details of return just in case I don't get refund... When I asked had they received it back the lady couldn't tell me as she wasn't in the warehouse!... I understand there may be a short delay because of Christmas and New Year but to not be able to tell me if they had received the goods back is poor customer service... I await the 20th with baited breath! Won't be purchasing from them again
