Bought voucher for myself and a one gift for my daughter. My daughter scheduled an appointment and showed up on time only to be told that the hairdresser had a personal emergency and would call her to reschedule. Hairdresser never called back and my daughter was not able to get a hold of her again.

When I called to schedule my appointment I had no problem setting up a day and time BUT once that was done I was told that if I was even "one minute late there would be a $25 cancellation fee and I would have to re-schedule." I can understand the importance of time but perhaps owners need to work on delivery of the message. Felt like my appointment turned into a prison sentence rather than what it was supposed to be - a relaxing trip to the salon. Asked for refund and going elsewhere.
