I was using my Capitol one card to make a purchase from a vendor located in China. The products arrived in Feb. And within 3 days I contacted the vendor about the damaged products and missing items I recieved. They refused to give me a rts number so I could return the box. I contacted Capitol One they told me not to worry they would reverse the transaction. During the next 3 month I still had not heard from the vendor and I recieved a strange call from an Asian man who started being very beligerent to me about paying the vendor. I told him I had tried to send the merchandise back but recieved no response. He did not identify himself so as he got uglier and uglier, I said I was calling Capitol One fraud dept. because he said I would have to pay this vendor and was so threatening I was very concerned. The fraud department at Capitol One assured me that no charges would be charged back to my account and reassured me that would not happen. About a month or so that charge from that devious vendor appeared back on my account, over 800. I called and was curtly informed that Capitol One sent me a letter requiring additional info. I never recieved that letter, the representative told me it would not be a good idea and if I did this I would only have a 50% chance of succeeding in changing thei decision. I asked who would handle that decision process and she said thir department and their supervisor. I had spoke earlier complaining about the chargeback and she was also extremely curt and snotty in her attitude. Even though I sent the info they wanted I was not successful in overturning their decision. This happened around the fourth month after the original charge. They gave that vendor 3 months and through their collaboration with Capitol One involving that Asian interpreter I was cheated and scammed out of over 800, with no recourse. Capitol One assured me I was protected from this company and could return it with a rts number. The vendor would never answer my requests and even deleted conversations between me and their customer service. Do not use Capitol One! The gave me a false sense of security each time I spoke with them about this transaction. I closed my account and now they charge me unbelievable high interest fees each month on my balance. So they acted as loan shark and rewarded a scammer Chinese export company. I was treated me abusivly and they had made a decision against me unfairly. I'm sure the way I was treated was not conducive with the fair trade and truth in lending policies. Debra Aguero

They sent me Defective, Poor Quality, Soiled, Strong Chemical Oder, Items not as pictured and partial order. Ripped Off! The refused to give me a R. M. A. Tampered with email. The charged me almost 900.00 for Garbage! My name is Debra Aguero and would love to complain to U S customs about their fraudulent business practices. They never sent me a packing slip. I would rate them less than one star
