Stay away! No way to call them. Got no confirmation email so within 48 hrs of purchase went to web site and saw shipping date 3 weeks AFTER prom. Had to email to cancel (even tried through payment site) because no phone number. Theyre in China so of course no response until next day. Rufuse to refund, sent me a copy of their return policy that says nothing after 24 hours whereas I have screenshot that says 70% if cancelled within 48 hours. The 16 yr old I was helping is out 150.00 and had to wear an old dress to prom. She was in tears. They make it sound like they are custom making each dress! I fervently believe that many of their positive reviews come from their company!

Do not buy! The dress that I received was made out of the cheapest material! It looked nothing...
