Placed my kitties order for prescription food that he needs. Ordered on the 18th coming from one state away from me. Yet not being delivered till the 25th. This company is very unorganized, they don't communicate correctly when there is an issue. Nor do they offer any specials or consolations to any inconveniences that they're bad communication causes. Shipping is super slow, and customer service is not very helpful or knowledgeable at all. If you want real good customer service don't use this company. I believe all the other negative reviews regarding pet360.
