I will never shop Torrid again. You are behind the times. People use debit or credit cards to purchase. If you loose the receipt for an unfortunate reason you can't get it returned to the card. Even Burlington has that option and they are a store with really cheap pricing. Why is torrid so far behind and your merchandise is so expensive but you don't make it easy to return. I will never recommend or shop torrid again. I used my credit card but I don't shop here may twice in my life and I don't have an account. I am very very angry and I want you to take my return with my credit statement. GET WITH THE TIMES IOIOTS.
