I had an order quadrupled due to a checkout glitch. When notified, they said I had to wait to receive the items and then return 3/4 of the order for a refund. The return was received 3/2 and it is now 4/6 and I have yet to see a refund. It's enough money to matter. I have contacted customer service multiple times and I get promises but nothing happens. I can't even get connected to a supervisor despite insisting. The phone mysteriously drops the call at that point. I'm resorting to leaving negative reviews in the hopes that gets some attention.
