They advertise $5 for a question of course they get your credit card and suddenly there is a $59 charge and a membership. I never saw anything on a membership or I would have skipped it from the start. The person that responded couldn't answer anything regarding Texas law. He just gave a vague federal consumer law. In the meantime I found what I needed from Texas law and was able to renegotiate my car purchase. I don't believe they can do more than give vague answers because they have to be licensed in the state. Which means it is a con. He would have known because I had not given the dealership my down payment even though the paperwork had been signed, the contract was not complete and I could unwind the sale. Which is what I said I would do if they didn't adjust the trade in to what I had said I wanted to start with.
I couldn't get my $59 back from them either. They will go to any length to scam your money. I disputed the transaction and they apparently fought it and got the original $5 plus the $54 for the worthless crap answer I got. Lesson learned.
Lol they send me a generic answer written a few years ago. I didn't go to their site I clicked on an add. I can certainly read.

Tip for consumers:
It is virtually impossible for a lawyer to give anything more than vague answers because there is no way they take the bar for every state. There is better information on the internet in regards to your own state.

I am the benefactor to a fundraiser and I am still waiting on my money. If GoFundMe can give you the money faster then there is something wrong. They hold you money forever to draw interest. So if the person or entity you are doing this for needs their money use someone else.
