I ordered an edible arrangement for my daughter celebrating her 25th year of employment with her company. I called twice to advise that her office closes early on Fridays and to make sure that this arrangement would be delivered in time for the celebration. I texted my daughter 30 minutes before her office was to close to make sure she had received it and she had not. I called Edible Arrangements in Sumter South Carolina for the third time and they informed me that the arrangement would be delivered within an hour. After explaining that it was already late and her office would not be open in an hour, I asked to speak to a manager. I was told that the manager was too busy to speak with me. After complaining, I was put on hold again and then told that they would be leaving shortly to deliver the arrangement. It arrived after the party and twenty minutes before the office closed. The arrangement was beautiful and I was told it was delicious but what a disappointment at a great expense.
