I AM VERY DIS- APPOINTED MY SNEAKERS CAME WITH DAMAGED LACES... BUT YOUR COMPANY WANTS ME TO RUN AROUND TO GET A RETURN LABEL INSTEAD OF SENDING ME ONE IN THE MAIL. I DON'T THINK I WILL BE ORDERING ANYMORE SHOES FROM YOUR COMPANY

The subscription is bogus. They charge you $50 a month just to still have to pay the "membership"...
