I bought two items from them and thay were BOTH classic cases of show a picture of an item on the website, ship a fake. When I complained I was told I would have to ship it back to China at my own expense which can be cost prohibitive so they offered me a 15% refund for my trouble. No, it was fraud so I pursued it through PayPal and finally got my money back. Stay away. Stay far, far away! Stolen pictures from reputable websites and pass them on as their own. Items sent a cheap knockoffs. The photo on the ground is what I received. The other photo is what was advertised on their website. The 2nd set of photos, the photo on the floor is what I received, the other photo is what was pictured on the website.
Tip for consumers:
Don't shop here at any cost. You will NOT get what you paid for and then their gig is to offer you a 15% refund OR you have to pay to have it shipped back to China WITH tracking so return shipping is more expensive than the item cost. That's what they hope you do so they can keep your money without sending you what you paid for. Run, don't walk away from this company.

Neither; they're both junk. PayPal gave me a credit, however, so I will just donate the items.
I have since had numerous positive order experiences with Vulcan Strength. Items were delivered in a timely fashion and are of high quality. I wanted to update the review as I do recommend their equipment.
I ordered items during a high volume time, and understandably, availability, etc. were delayed. Once products came available, however, after ordering and getting charged but no confirmation and trying to call customer service I was disconnected multiple times. They just didn't want to respond. VERY poor customer service for someone who placed a high dollar amount order.
