I'm over 60, on disability and due to the Covid19 was encouraged not to go to the grocery store and use InstaCart. I'm on disability and have an autoimmune disease so during the current pandemic I ordered groceries through InstaCart. I did know that $120 would be charged on my credit card but it would show any changes after the shopper completed shopping and delivered my items. I've read and heard from the customer service that prices would be different but not by $54.00! I was charged for items not received and overcharged for items that were also incorrect. (like a chuck steak that was clearly labeled $5.94 but I was charged $13.91) The total bill I was charged was $132.74 but the shopper's receipt was $78.41! I can ill afford to pay such an exorbitant price! No more InstaCart for me!
