This product did work a bit for me but it isn't nearly as effective as the Multiaction Sculpting Cream, which seems to be much more concentrated (and is more expensive per volume as a result).
Tip for consumers:
If you need customer service use the chat as they don't seem to answer emails! That said, the chat service has usually been great. Shipping has taken well over a month to Canada sometimes but on a couple occasions when packages went missing they quickly shipped a replacement.
