I recently ordered a headboard. A few days later 2 arrived on my doorstep. I contacted Wayfair through Chat which was a pleasant experience. I requested they pick the second one up.

Much to my surprise the next day I got an email saying that they apologize for the error and that I can keep or donate the second headboard.

What an outstanding experience.
