I had ordered wedding envelopes with our name and address listed on them. They were supposed to arrive no later than 10-28-17. A week after the promised arrival date I contacted Zazzle and they had informed me they would put a rush on my order and waive the shipping fee. Now it is 2 weeks later, 11-20, and I just received an email stating they are unable to produce the envelopes due to them moving their facility in the summer. Ridiculous that I had to initiate the email inquiring on the order versus them advising me when i ordered them that they were having trouble in getting products out on time.
