I ordered a window seat cushion which does not measure what I ordered. This website has so many disclaimers about tolerances, etc that they can find a way to dismiss any problems. There is no phone number so you can talk to customer service. Everything is done through email and a service representative. She then consults a production manager. I sent three sets of pictures of this cushion waiting for the production managers appraisal. Its sketchy and theres no recourse. They finally offered me a discount if I wanted to order again. Seriously?
