I thought I was receiving a "free gift" from Amazon. I clicked on the gift of my choice, which, apparently, took me to Skintology. I agreed to have the "free gift" sent to my home for $5.95 shipping. During the transaction, I inadvertently selected another product that charge an additional $5.95. I was unable to reverse the second selection, but I thought $12 in shipping would be fine. Little did I know I agreed to the terms that included automatic shipment of these two products every month for the full price, about $140. When I received the second shipment, I quickly call Skintology to return the product and receive a charge card credit. Skintology would not refund my money even if I returned the product. The representative could only cancel my subscription. I disputed the charge; however, they say since I agreed to the terms... Now, I am stuck with $140 of Skintology products. This is the first company that would not refund my money if I returned the product. STAY AWAY!
