Ordered copper compression socks on 3/24/17. Credit card sent notification of $29.80 charge that same day. After a month, no delivery or notification that item might have been on backorder. Emailed SuddenSpecials on 4/24/17 asking to cancel order and why I was cancelling. Got a response that same day (4/24/17) and was told they would request a refund for my order. I still haven't received a refund to my credit card and this is after one more email (no response from company this time). Just wanted my order or refunded money. Pretty simple, I'd say.
Tip for consumers:
I wouldn't recommend anyone making a purchase from SuddenSpecials at all.
